Where do you ship to?

We ship to all countries worldwide!

What shipping service do you use?

We ship with Epacket or China Post Registered Mail and all packaged will be delivered by your local postal company (ex: USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post).

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders! Tracking numbers will be provided through our shipment notification. Once you receive your tracking number, please visit 17track.net to enter your tracking number to see your package status. Tracking information usually takes around 1-3 days to update, so please try again later if your status is currently unavailable.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We need approximately 2-7 days to process your order before shipment. Once your order is shipped, we will then update you with your tracking number and any other additional information regarding your order. Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the destination. Please expect delays during holiday season! If your items are not delivered within 60 days, please contact us via email (hello.milkteas@gmail.com).

Will my order get to me before ______?

Please plan ahead and make arrangements if your order is for an special occasion. Please understand that the speed of delivery does not solely depend on us, but also depends on the efficiency of your local post service. We will not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive before your desired date, therefore please let us know ahead of time if you need an item urgently.

Why am I missing items from my order?

Please don't worry if you are missing some items from your order. We ship some products from different warehouses, and those products will arrive in a separate package with a different tracking number. We will inform you of your separate tracking number if this situation applies to you!
