Return Policy
We allow returns for orders within 30-days of delivery for a full refund. All returns submitted after 30-days of delivery are eligible for merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.
Return or Exchange Conditions
- All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all tags attached.
- All items must be returned with their original boxes.

For hygiene purposes, we currently accept returns and exchanges only if there is a problem with the quality.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. You will be informed if we propose to reject your refund or exchange; you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.

Return Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for orders returned within 30-days of delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Milkteas due to initial shipping and handling.
Once your return reaches us, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return meets the conditions listed, your refund will be sent and you will receive a confirmation email.
