Where is the store based?

We're based in the United States and ship from our warehouses in Asia!

Where do we ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide! For a list of countries facing mailing restrictions due to COVID-19, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page. 

What shipping service do we use?

We ship with Epacket or China Post Registered Mail and all packaged will be shipped from our Asia Warehouses and delivered to you by your local postal company (UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc). 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! All orders come with a tracking number. Please check your shipment notification email to locate your tracking number!

Where can I track my package?

You can track your package here using the tracking number provided to you. Tracking information usually takes a couple days to appear after the package is shipped out, so please try again later if the status is currently unavailable! Will my order get to me before ______?

Although we cannot guarantee that your order will deliver by a certain date, we can certainly keep an extra eye out on your package and make sure the initial shipping process goes smoothly. For standard shipping, please leave us a note at checkout stating when you need your items by, and we will monitor your order for you. We also offer Express Shipping to the U.S from Asia for +$15 for select items, please reach out to us by email if you are located in the U.S and would like to upgrade your shipping method.



We appreciate every one of our customers, and we hope to provide you a relaxing shopping experience. Therefore, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Order Cancellation / Editing of Order / Incorrect Address

We cannot make changes or cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order or make any changes to your order (i.e. exchange color, change shipping address, etc), please email us the same day of placing your order.

Returns & Exchange

We allow returns for orders within 30-days of delivery for a full refund. All returns submitted after 30-days of delivery are eligible for merchandise credit in the form of a gift card. Please send us an email with your order id titled "Return Request Order #____" to process your return. Our return location is located in Arizona. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your return back, you will receive a full refund or gift card. 


A size chart with detailed measurement can be found in the description of each applicable item. Please check the sizing chart carefully and measure yourself in (cm) to make sure the products fits you before checking out! Due to manual measurement, there may be a small 1-3 cm margin of error in sizing, so please keep that in mind before buying!


Please contact us if you do not receive your purchase within 60 business days after shipment.

We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or custom charges.

Out of Stock

If your purchased item is out of stock, we will notify you through email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or product exchange.
