We appreciate every one of our customers, and we hope to provide you a relaxing shopping experience. Therefore, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Order Cancellation / Editing of Order / Incorrect Address

We cannot make changes or cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order or make any changes to your order (i.e. exchange color, change shipping address, etc), please email us the same day of placing your order.

Returns & Exchange

All purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged unless item is of:

  • Incorrect Size
  • Incorrect Color
  • Damaged Item

If a purchase arrives damaged, please contact us with photo evidence for a refund or replacement.

Sizing

A size chart with detailed measurement can be found in the description of each applicable item. Please measure yourself and check the sizing chart carefully to assure that the product fits before placing a order. Please allow a 1-3 cm error range due to manual measurement. There may also be a small color variation due to screen differences.

Shipping

Please contact us if you do not receive your purchase within 60 business days after shipment.

Import Taxes & Customs

We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or custom charges.

Out of Stock

If your purchased item is out of stock, we will notify you through email as soon as possible, and you will have the option of receiving a refund or an item exchange.

Where is the store based?

We're based in Guangdong, China.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to ALL countries worldwide!

What shipping service do we use?

We ship with Epacket or China Post Registered Mail and all packaged will be delivered by your local postal company (ex: USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post).

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders! Tracking numbers will be provided through our shipment notification.

Where can I track my package?

You can track your package here using the tracking number provided to you. Tracking information usually takes around 1-3 days to update and may sometimes take up to 5 days depending on your country, so please try again later if your status is currently unavailable.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Before your order is shipped, it must be processed. We ask that you allow 1-5 business days for processing. After your order is shipped, it needs another 2-3 weeks, depending on the country, to get to your doorstep. Please view our Shipping & Delivery page for ETA by country. International shipping times vary dramatically depending on what country you are in. The estimated times stated above are not guaranteed. Please be aware that an international package could experience delays for multiple reasons causing a package to be delivered outside of the date range for delivery.

Will my order get to me before ______?

Please place your order ahead of time and leave us a note if your order is for an special occasion. Please understand that the speed of delivery does not solely depend on us, but also depends on the efficiency of your local post service. We will not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive before your desired date, therefore please let us know ahead of time if you need an item urgently. Please expect delays during holiday season. 

Why am I missing items from my order?

Please don't worry if you are missing some items from your order. We ship some products from our different partnered manufactures, and those products will arrive in a separate package with a different tracking number. We will inform you of your separate tracking number if this situation applies to you!
